About
Isanti Rental for weddings in the Rum River Region
Isanti Rental is a family-owned rental business serving Isanti, Cambridge and nearby communities. Its wedding inventory includes tents, tables, chairs and food service equipment, with delivery and setup services also available.
Planning tents and reception equipment
A useful rental plan starts with the venue layout and guest count. Couples can list the items already provided by the venue before deciding what to rent. Seating, dining surfaces and serving equipment should be considered together, with space left for movement between the ceremony, meal and dancing.
Confirm delivery access, the setup window and who handles the return of each item. Outdoor sites also need a practical weather plan; a tent should not be treated as a substitute for a safe building during a thunderstorm.
For outdoor portions of the day, the National Weather Service outdoor lightning guidance can help couples discuss a weather contingency with their venue and rental team.
Couples assembling a local team can explore Princeton Floral on WedNorth and coordinate the responsibilities of each wedding professional.
