Submission Guidelines
We’re excited you’re considering sharing your wedding with WedNorth! The guidelines below help us review submissions fairly and create the best possible experience for couples, photographers, and wedding professionals.
Copyright & Submission
By submitting your wedding for consideration, you confirm that you have permission to share all images and content included in your submission. Please ensure the couple and featured vendors are aware of the submission before sending it to WedNorth.
To avoid duplicate publications, we ask that your wedding not be under consideration by another wedding publication at the time of submission. Because we carefully schedule our editorial calendar, we’re unable to retract or cancel accepted features.
Please include a complete gallery of images and a list of participating vendors. Incomplete submissions may not be reviewed.
Exclusivity
If your wedding is selected for publication on WedNorth, we kindly ask that it remain exclusive to WedNorth for 60 days following its publication date.
We continue promoting every featured wedding for at least one year through our website, social media channels, newsletters, and other marketing efforts to help maximize its exposure for both the couple and the wedding professionals involved.
How We Select Featured Weddings
Every submission is carefully reviewed by our editorial team. We look for weddings that inspire future Minnesota couples through beautiful photography, thoughtful details, unique design, personal stories, and exceptional wedding professionals.
While we would love to feature every wedding submitted, publication is based on overall quality, storytelling, and the inspiration each celebration provides to our readers.
Corrections & Updates
If you notice a broken link, typo, incorrect vendor listing, or other error in a published feature, please email us at tony@wednorthweddings.com.
Email is the fastest way to reach us, as we aren’t always able to respond quickly to direct messages on social media.
If your business has recently rebranded, please let us know. We recommend setting up a 301 redirect from your previous website to your new one so existing links continue to work properly.
